Key Responsibilities–

Query Resolution

Provide real-time academic support to students in Grades 3-8. Clarify doubts and ensure students understand key concepts in subjects like Mathematics, Science, and English.

Parental Counseling

: Communicate with parents to update them on their child’s progress.

Offer guidance on improving students’ academic performance and addressing their challenges.

Learning Support:

Develop a positive learning environment to motivate and encourage students.

Tailor explanations to suit individual learning needs and styles.

Administrative Duties

Maintain records of student interactions and progress
Provide feedback and suggestions to the team for curriculum improvement

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or related fields preferred

Experience: Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students of Grades 3-8 is an advantage and should have academic knowledge

Skil

• Strong command over the subject matt
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy in dealing with students and parents
• Ability to counsel parents effective
