Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) released the short recruitment notification for the posts of Senior Executive Trainee on 26th February 2024 at the official website.
BSNL recruits fresh candidates from the open market for its functioning as per requirement. The main streams for which BSNL initiates direct recruitment from open market are Telecom Operation and Telecom Finance. Others are with Civil, Electrical and Architecture. Among these cadres BSNL conducts competitive exams for direct recruitment primarily for the post of Junior Telecom Officers (JTO), Junior Engineer (JE) and Junior Accounts Officer (JAO).

BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Recruitment 2024 Probation Period
The candidates who gets selected for the posts of Senior Executive Trainee has to serve a probation period of 2 years from the date of his/her joining. The probation period includes 1 year training period, which involves different examinations to be given by the candidates under the probation period.
