Job Description
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading BYJU’s unique way of learning across India. Your role will entail qualification of Leads (via various channels), by calling them (via Ameyo) and achieving the following-
a) Briefing them about the program they have selected or shown interest for.
b) Generate interest in counselling sessions for BYJU’S courses.
c) Setting up scheduled Demos or Online meetings of prospects with our Academic Counsellors
d) Updating tasks/activities/ relevant information on various company platforms. (e.g. LS, CRM, reporting)
e) Accountable for creating verified and good quality Lead Funnel for Academic Counsellors.
f) Provide work related updates to the reporting managers as required from time to time.
Preferred Skill Sets –
– Keen interest in education
– A knack for sales and positioning an idea
– Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
