About the Role:
As a Student Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound student queries via calls, chats, or emails. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless support experience by understanding concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound requests through calls, chats, or emails following defined SOP.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Take ownership of student concerns and ensure closure within the given TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain a polished, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with students.
- Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure end-to-end grievance resolution.
- Adapt and adjust to evolving SOP requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered).
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
