Post- Remote Customer Service Associate
an Amazon Customer Service Associate (CSA) or Virtual Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers. The CSA is an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. CSAs communicate with customers primarily through email, chat and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Seasonal (Contractual)
Location:Work from home in Maharashtra
Job Qualification
What qualifications do we need from you?
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- You’ll need a quiet, distraction free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
