Job Description

Post 1- Customer Success Executive

Expectations from successful candidates are:
· Eagerness to learn about the company’s products and their capabilities.
· Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
· Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Knowledge of other regional languages is helpful if the company works within the country.
Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries.
● Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
● Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
● Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Preferred.
Qualification:
● Undergraduate courses (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/ PGDM).
● 50% cutoff – 10th, 12th and Graduation.
● No backlogs and Gap years during education
● Must be fluent in English and Hindi

Job Requirement
1.  To write meaningful content about finance, mutual funds, stocks and personal finance-related topics keeping in mind the editorial guidelines.
2. To conduct research to identify online communities, trending topics, and new content ideas to add to the Groww content repository.
Skills-
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent research skills to find out industry-related topics
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is a big plus
  • Must have an eye for detail, quick to spot grammatical errors and rectify the same
  • Must possess good coordination skills and take end-to-end ownership of the task
  • Run simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Ensure all-around consistency and relevancy of content (in terms of style, fonts, images and tone)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    – Understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
    – Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on clients’ needs.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Groww AMC’s product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.
    – Educate clients on various investment products, including mutual funds, SIPs, and other financial instruments.
  3. Sales and Business Development: Actively contribute to the growth of assets under management (AUM) by acquiring new clients and expanding the business with existing clients.
    – Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies for client acquisition.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
    –  Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
  5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, and concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
    – Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on client engagement, AUM growth, and other key performance indicators.
    – Provide insights and recommendations for improving business processes.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, mutual funds, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
